Technopark "Idea" residents
Drawing on the world experience, Technopark “Idea” has been implementing the business model which implies the presence of anchor residents as well as small-scale innovative companies from Start-up to Expansion level.
Anchor residents ensure the financial stability of the Technopark, make it more appealing to new clients and define its line of business.
The juxtaposition of small-scale businesses and large technological businesses with an an exemplary corporate culture, sets high standards and makes a positive influence on the quality of new small companies.
The largest part of Technopark “Idea”'s income comes from renting out its premises. However, its significant difference form other office-centres is that the Technopark creates favourable preferential conditions for the development of its future residents rather than simply rents out to already functioning companies.
Most rent income comes from anchor residents, thus, allowing Technopark “Idea”, as the Managing Company, to offer rent discounts to creative teams and new innovative companies; to hold a variety of events, aimed at their promotion and development, such as contests, conferences, seminars, workshops; to ensure the participation of the resident-companies in trade fairs and exhibitions; to arrange courses for the staff within the framework of the specialist training and re-training programmes.
The Technopark provides its residents with an easy and convenient access to all the services, essential for starting-up and developing an innovative business. These favourable conditions are created at the expense of CJSC “Innovation and Production Technopark “Idea”.
The following brands are anchor residents of Technopark “Idea”:
Yokogawa Electric, the CIS (the main operational office and engineering centre in the Republic of Tatarstan);
