In Leninogorsk part of the share in the authorized capital of “AgroIdea” LLC, owned by “IPT “Idea-Yugo-Vostok”, was sold to the company CJSC “Management Company” (Moscow region, city of Mytishchi). The size of the share, transferred under the contract of sale, was 74%.
CJSC “Management Company” is engaged in the production of machinery and equipment for agriculture, and also carries out wholesale trade in such equipment, its maintenance and repair.
The aim of the deal is an expansion of the existing production and product lines of “AgroIdea” LLC, upgrade machinery equipment, increasing the volume of sales that will be achieved by attracting additional orders in accordance with the signed investment agreement.
Additionally, Technopark “Idea-Yugo-Vostok” considers CJSC “Management Company” as a strategic partner in the implementation of running business projects. So currently, there are being carried on negotiations underway for the purchase by CJSC “Management Company” part of the shares in the authorized capital of another subsidiary - “Armastek-Idea” LLC. It is also discussed the plans for the expansion of the market and other perspectives.
