Igor Zilberg was included in the TOP-100 – the Head of the company SmartHead – resident of Technopark “Idea”. Igor is the only representative of Tatarstan in the ranking, based on the data presented on the website http://2013.tagline.ru/.

The ranking of key persons of the market of web-development and digital-marketing Tagline-2013 is issued by the Agency Tagline for the third time.
