A decree was signed by Prime Minister of Tatarstan Ildar Khalikov. To accept the proposal of the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan and LLC “Innovative and Production Technopark “Idea-Yugo-Vostok” (subsidiary company of Technopark “Idea” and OJSC “Tatneft”) on the establishment of the Industrial Park “Idea-Yugo-Vostok”, it is written in the decree.
The status of the Industrial Park, which is unlike conventional industrial sites provided the energy, engineering and transport infrastructure, will reduce the costs of small companies for production.
The creation of the Idustrial Park on the basis of Technopark “Idea-Yugo-Vostok” will allow to participate in programs to subsidize the infrastructure of support of small and medium-sized enterprises, which will be taken at the federal level.
In addition, the status of the Industrial Park will reduce the existing rate of property tax, and saving money can be spent on development of Technopark’s infrastructure and ensure business attractiveness of the production sites.
Recall that Innovative and Production Technopark “Idea-Yugo-Vostok” was established within the framework of public-private partnership in June 2004 in Leninogorsk by Technopark “Idea” (26% of shares) together with OJSC “Tatneft” (74% of shares).
Technopark’s work is aimed at creating optimal conditions for entrepreneurs and business: there is conducted consulting support to resident enterprises in accounting, finance, economics and law.
By data for June 2015 38 resident companies are on the territory of Technopark. Annual turnover at the site of Technopark “Idea-Yugo-Vostok” in 2014 amounted to more than 261 million rubles.
