Technopark “Idea” and “Personnel reserve” combine efforts
Who to become an economist or engineer? What should be the economist of the future? Why would a young entrepreneur to go to Technopark? Do we need business incubators at universities?
The activists of the “Personnel reserve” searched for answers for these and many other questions yesterday. Brainstorming took place under the mentorship of CEO of Technopark “Idea” Sergey Yushko.
For a start, Sergey Yushko familiarized the young and enterprising people with “Idea’s” activity and told success stories.
At the end of the presentation, in the format of a dialogue the participants of the “Personnel reserve”, most of whom are students of economic faculty, talked with the speaker about how to become an economist in the industrial, engineering enterprises, what should be paid attention when studying.
Sergey Yushko advised the youth of Tatarstan actively explore the market in which they want to work, to learn skills from experienced colleagues, and most importantly, to be proactive and try. “Technopark is always open, come to our small companies: we tell and show”, – concluded Sergey Yushko.
The “Personnel reserve” is the republican project to identify and support talented youth of the Republic of Tatarstan. The project is implemented by the regional public organization “Academy of creative youth of the Republic of Tatarstan” with the support of Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports of the Republic of Tatarstan since 2009.
