The forum “Nanograd-2019” will start on the 29th of June 2019. For 10 days, the spacious laboratory buildings of the Ural State University will turn into a city-technopark: a city of science and creativity of young energetic people living in the space of high technology, art and sports.
Nanograd is a program with a long history and traditions. For the participants it is a unique opportunity to dive into the most modern areas of scientific research and build an individual educational path.
The participants of the forum will be prizers and winners of educational sessions “School on the palm” of the All-Russian educational program “School League of RUSNANO”.
350 people, including 215 schoolchildren and students from 22 regions of the country, will work together with teachers, scientists, engineers and technology entrepreneurs from different cities of Russia to solve case studies, real problems and problems of industrial enterprises.
Cases for nanograd citizens were prepared by well-known companies in the country and abroad: “Optical Fiber Systems” JSC, “Gazprom Transgaz Yugorsk” LLC, “Scientific and Production Enterprise Intellectual Information Systems” LLC, company PICASO 3D, “Liotech”, Federal State Institution “Federal Scientific Center Research Institute of System Studies of the Russian Academy of Sciences”, “Nanolek”, Technopark “Idea”, “Hevel”, as well as young high-tech enterprises and startups – LLC “Kosima”, “Muvkross”, SunriseLongboards.
Thus, Technopark “Idea” will offer participants to design for the manufacturing company an improved sorbent for eliminating the consequences of an oil spill, with the possibility of multiple use of this product and full utilization of oil.
The range of technological issues of nanograd citizens case tasks includes the improvement of electrode arrays for neuroprostheses, optimization of the technology and development of the sorbent for cleaning oil and oil products, recycling of spent lithium-ion batteries, the development of smart clothing elements, the use of new materials in 3D printing.
Traditionally, in addition to a rich lecture program and work with cases, the forum participants will gain experience in 24 workshops of the city-technopark.
Nanogradd citizens will create their own aesthetics of the city, independently provide the work of management bodies, and form all the events - intellectual, creative and sporting.
