From 9 of September, 2008 Russian-German meetings for cooperation were held in Kazan. The German delegation was headed by CEO of association for economic and technological cooperation development between Eastern Europe countries “Bridge in Eastern Europe” Mr. Bernd Gross.
The event was organized by Ministry of Trade and Industry of RT and German company “Bridge in Eastern Europe” together with Chambers of Commerce and Industry of Tatarstan Republic, Naberegny Chelny and Zakame region. German delegation also included representatives of Germany Ministry of Economy and Technologies, German embassy in Russian Federation and German companies of different trade directivity (automobile industry, petrochemistry, chemistry, public health, environmental protection, building, energy and many others).
FRG delegation was interested in Technopark “Idea” and it became one of the first organizations attended within the framework of business program. The Director for innovations Ibragimov Oleg Evgenevich told guests about principles of operation, projects realizing by Technopark, construction of Technopark in the sphere of high-tech in Kazan. The guests were interested in such issues as number of incubated companies located on the Technopark’s territory, successful projects and their time-frame, lease term of premises and many others.
Mr. Bernd Gross noted that for the last time he had visited many technoparks and innovative-technological centers all over the world but this Technopark is the best.
