Technopark “Idea” introduces the company “Ermines”, which became a two-time winner of the programme “Commercialization” of the Foundation for Assistance to Small Innovative Enterprises (FASIE). In 2019, the organization received a grant in the amount of 9 million rubles, in 2021 - 15 million rubles.
“Ermines” produces high quality and safe consumables for clinical diagnostic laboratories. These are familiar to many of us instruments for blood sampling, containers for glasses, biomaterials, etc. In recent years, especially during the spread of Covid-19, the demand for these products has increased.
Now “Ermines” employs 18 people, and the company’s turnover is steadily growing and currently amounts to about 35 million rubles per year. The company’s employees are actively working on the development and transformation of the market, in particular, they have participated in more than 20 research and development works.
Using the received grant, the company automated and expanded production, developed new medical devices for diagnostics. The price of products with high quality is significantly lower than foreign analogues, including due to unique technologies. As explained by the Deputy Director of Technology Vitaly Usenko, the quality and cost are also directly influenced by the features of its own production technology, specific non-standard equipment, technological equipment of its own design, used raw materials and materials, technological parameters of production processes.
