Creation of Nanotechnological Center on the basis of Technopark "Idea".

According to commission of Prime-minister of the Republic of Tatarstan JSC “Innovative Technopark “Idea” (hereinafter referred to as Technopark “Idea”) has work of creation of Nanotechnological Center of group of companies “Idea” (hereinafter referred to as NTC) on the basis of Technopark “Idea”. The NTC creation will be planed through participation in contest which has been announced by State corporation “Russian Corporation of Nanotechnologies” (hereinafter referred to as RUSNANO) on the creation of NTC network (15 centers) on the Russian Federationterritory.

The goal of NTC network organization is creation of infrastructure for conduction of science intensive researches in the sphere of nanotechnologies and its commercialization.

The RUSNANO program of NTC creation is meant on some years. Financing at the rate of 5.8 milliard rubles is fixed on 2010 year. RUSNANO plans to organize 2-3 NTC on those means.

Technopark plans to participate in 2010 year in the declared contest and get involved means of RUSNANO for creation of up-to-date analytical and technological researching basis on its territory and territory of Technopolis “Himgrad”. Technopark “Idea” prepares the contest application and expects investment on the part of RUSNANO at the rate of about 2 milliard rubles. Analytical and technological equipment will be bought on those means and will be located on the ready areas in concordance with programs of scientific researches.

Besides technological equipment Center of technology transfer (hereinafter referred to as CTT) will be in the structure of NTC. Its functional duties will include carry on operative activity connected with equipment operation, execution of research results, organization of cooperation with other scientific centers, funds, researching groups and so on.

We expect that total revenue of CTT will be no less than 300 million rubles with regard for all directions of activity in 2010 year.

If Technopark has opportunity to fully correspond to RUSNANO requirements on ensuring of necessary infrastructure in the case of creation of analytical and technological researching bases in the state of up-to-date equipment so specialization of CTT will depend on level of competence of research organizations which are interested in cooperation.

Financing of CTT activity should be on principles of co-financing in compliance with three to one where three is investment of RUSNANO and one is investment of contest participant.

This budget of CTT will be spent on equipment operation, marketing of researches, its advancement on market and participation on the conferences and so on.

So long as Technopark “Idea” is not researching organization and has not opportunity to do analytical and technological researches so we offer to your organization become participant of CTT creation.

It intends to your participation in:

- forming of programs of scientific analytical and technological researches which have perspectives of commercialization;

- forming of requirement in analytical and technological equipment for fulfillment of those programs;

- assignment of your representative in CTT management;

- development and approval of strategic direction of analytical and technological researches within the limits of your scientific competence;

- search of partner for co-financing of activity of your CTT subdivision in 2010 at the rate of no less than 15 million rubles. Investment of RUSNANO on this case is 45 million rubles. Thereby operative budget of CTT on your subject will be 60 million rubles in 2010 year.
