To activate cooperation between small high technological companies and players of real economy sector of the Republic of Tatarstan (industrial enterprises, banks, financial and investment organizations) for the purpose of forming of partner relation which will create conditions for competitiveness increasing of domestic goods and development of import replacing production.

Heads of large enterprises were offered to define more actual directions of scientific researches for the purpose of development of innovative high technological goods with high commercial potential which can be produced by this enterprise or can be implemented in its technological process. Also they should inform small companies that are its partners effort to attract it to joint participation in the program.
