Mitsubishi Company and Technopark “Idea-South-east” conducted a joint field testing of several models of Mitsubishi tractors in south-east of the Republic of Tatarstan.

Representatives of Mitsubishi Agricultural Machinery Co., LTD were visiting Innovative Technopark “Idea-South-east” from 23 to 25 July, 2010.

July 24, 2010 there was seminar including presentation and testing of agricultural equipment of Mitsubishi Agricultural Machinery. Mini-tractors MT-2000 and MT-3500 were presented in the field conditions on the warehouse of farm “Leninogorskiy”. And also there was presented exclusive sample: tractor GSR 120 on rubber tracks which is supplied so far only domestic market of Japan. Japanese equipment demonstrated ability to work with cultivators produced by “AgroIdea” LLC which is anchor resident of Technopark “Idea-South-east”.

Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan T.G. Tagirzyanov, head of Leninogorsk municipal district R.G. Khousainov, managers of farms of south-east of Tatarstan participated in the seminar. The Japanese delegation was represented by leading managers and engineers of Mitsubishi Agricultural Machinery Company, as well as heads of the Japanese Association for Trade with Russia and the CIS countries. According to testing tractors of Mitsubishi received high marks from guests of the event.

We would remind you that on May, 2010 was signed memorandum on cooperation between Mitsubishi Agricultural Machinery, Innovative Technopark “Idea-South-east” and Trade House “BelAgroIdea”. Adhering to the basic points of the memorandum, on the second day the parties discussed urgent issues of further cooperation:

- possible perspectives of production locating;

- directions of equipment modernization according to the needs of Russian customers;

- features of positioning of products on the market of the Republic of Tatarstanand the Russian Federation.
