Technopark “Idea” will take part in VII Moscow International Salon of Innovations and Investments.

VII Moscow International Salon of Innovations and Investments has started in Moscow in February 5, 2007 inthe All-Russia Exhibition Centre. Salon – is the largest exhibition event in Russia in the scientific and technical spheres, oriented toward national innovative system development. Technopark “Idea” will take part in the presentation of the innovative and investment potential of the Republic of Tatarstan.

The Republic of Tatarstan participates in Moscow International Salon of Innovations and Investments since 2003 and obtains good results every year. First Deputy Prime-minister, minister of economics and industry of the Republic ofTatarstan Boris Pavlov is heading the official delegation of Tatarstan this year. Technopark “Idea” is represented by the Director-General Sergey Yushko and the head of the Marketing Department Evgeniy Malikov.

The Tatarstan delegation is presenting the republic within two days. The presentation of the innovative and investment potential of the Republic of Tatarstan is to be given on the first day of the Salon, which will be held after the grand opening for the representatives of the political and business elite of Russia. The presentation of the Republicof Tatarstan on a larger scale is planned to be held on February 6, 2007. All participants and the visitors of the Salon will be able to get acquainted with the achievements and potential of the Republic of Tatarstan.

The Salon Organization Committee and the members of the International Jury traditionally mark the promising research works projects and science – capacious production. This year the special jury from the Republic of Tatarstan, consisting of the members of the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Tatarstan, ministry of economics and industry of the Republic of Tatarstan and OJSC “Innovative Production Technopark “Idea”, will name three winners, but only one of them will be nominated as “The best innovative project to be developed in Technopark “Idea” and financed by “Investment and Venture Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan”. The winners will be announced at closing Salon on February 8, 2007.
