The Round table meeting was organized within the framework of cooperation between CJSC “IPT “Idea” and Arizona State University (ASU) (http://www.asu.edu/). The meeting was attended by President of Company “Nano & Giga Solutions”, a Researcher and Professor at Arizona State University Anantoly Korkin, representatives of the Republican Higher Educational Institutions: Kazan (Volga Region) Federal University, National Research University of Kazan State Technological University, National Research University of Kazan State Technical University named by A.N. Tupolev, Kazan State Medical University, Kazan State University of Architecture and Engineering, Kazan State Agrarian University and Bauman Kazan State Academy of Veterinary Medicine as well as corporate clients of International Project “Gate2RuBIN” which is implemented by CJSC “IPT “Idea”.
The participants of the Round table meeting have been familiarized with the main Programme on Skills Development and Continuing Education of Arizona State University, activity of the Company “Nano & Giga Solutions” as well as discussed the possible interchange of experiences, students, joint research and technology transfer.
It should be reminded that from December 1, 2010 till December 25, 2010, the training of 66 postgraduate students and staffs of Kazan State Technological University at Arizona State University was organized by CJSC “IPT “Idea” on the results of open tenders for the provision of services for organizing the skills development of postgraduate students and staffs of SEI of HPE of Kazan State Technological University in the research and educational centers of the USA and Canada.
