Since 2008, the activity of CJSC “Innovational production Technopark “Idea” have been based on the performance indicators of the European Community Business and Innovation Centre.
It should be reminded that on April 15, 2010, BIC Quality Management Committee (BQMC) decided in Brussels to join the Technopark “Idea” as a full member of the European Business and Innovation Centre Network (EBN) and implement its future activities under the EC-BIC trademark (European Community Business and Innovation Centre).
All full members of the EBN on an annual basis undergo a compulsory audit against the Business and Innovation Centre performance standards.
Based on the audit results for 2010, experts of the European Network have received the following values of the main performance indicators of Technopark “Idea” in comparison to the average value in the Business and Innovation Centre Network:
The obtained performance indicators of Technopark “Idea”’ made it possible to compare it with the best practices of the European Business and Innovation Centre Network and identify similarities in many items, reflecting the efficiency of the innovation infrastructure.
Comparison of the performance indicators with the EBN base indicators showed that the Technopark “Idea” activity exceeds to a considerable extent the average performance of the best European Innovation Centre Network.
It should be noted that the budget of the European Innovation Centre consists of 85% from the budgets of various levels including the EU funds. Since April, 2007, the Technopark “Idea” has not used the budget in its operating activities.
