The Agreement is concluded with the view of establishment of long-term partnership and implementation of joint activities in the development of modern educational programs on the nanotechnology providing the formation of highly skilled specialists in the up-to-date, advanced and demanding directions of the nanotechnological development of economy in the Republic of Tatarstan, as well as the elaboration of educational and work experience programs for students and higher-education teaching personnel.
