A new tradition for the Day of Business-Education in Kazan, the Republic of Tatarstan, was set up at Technopark “Idea” within the project “face2face” on September, 13. The initiative of “face2face” project team was actively supported by the Tatarstan Investment Development Agency and the International Business Education Center “LINK”.
The main Conference Hall of Technopark “Idea”, receiving Kazan entrepreneurs as part of the project “face2face” for the second time, admits 140 persons. In half an hour of the registration time, the event co-organizers started to bring additional chairs in the conference hall, since the number of participants have exceeded expectations and involved 160 persons.
Meetings of young entrepreneurs in “face to face” format and master-classes “A charismatic manager” and “Management and Leadership” were organized within the framework of the event.
The subject of the “Day of Business-Education” was not only in the original master-classes, but also in the format of the event. For the first time in the history of business –life in the Republic of Tatarstan, the real entrepreneurs had the opportunity for unlimited communication. In fact, potential partners were gathered in one place, at that, nobody set the objective of “making money out of something” or gaining a profitable contract. According to one of the organizers of the meeting - President of Young Entrepreneurs Union of the Republic of Tatarstan Alexander Chesnokov: “First you should think of people, the fees - afterwards”…
The guests of the “Day of Business-Education in the Republic of Tatarstan” were greeted by Chief Executive of “Tatarstan Investment Development Agency” Linar Yakupov, Director of “International Business Education Center “LINK” Ilya Antonov, mastermind of the “Face to Face” project Alexander Chesnokov, General Director of Technopark “Idea” Sergey Yushko and representative of “Intesa” Bank Liya Shaynurova. Each speaker noted the uniqueness of the idea of a “Day of Business-Education in the Republic of Tatarstan” and expressed their hope that such meetings could become a heart-warming tradition in the future. Liya Shaynurova admitted that “Intesa” Bank was one of the first banks who volunteered to help the young people from “Face to Face” project for no other reason than because such meetings have become a normal standard of business in Europe. Ilya Antonov noted that “there is no development without the knowledge”, and wished not only to find “profitable acquaintances” and also to enrich intellectually.
Linar Yakupov, in his address to the participants, noted that the “Day of Business-Education in the Republic of Tatarstan shall be a platform for a lively exchange of information. That is the element, what the Business Community of Tatarstan needs for today”. An hour later, the participants could personally see that a “lively exchange of information” has already started. Most people have enlisted the support of those business partners – whom they were looking for a whole business life!
Master classes of Ruslan Khomenko “A charismatic manager: the art of influence” and Alexey Kutsenko “Management and Leadership” appeared to be the most useful. Just a few hours after the meeting, the first words of gratitude appeared on the Face to Face “wall” in the social network. Thus, one of the users wrote as follows: “Thank to all members of "face to face" team for a wonderful and useful event! Yesterday everyone was energized from professional trainings and high-efficient session “face to face”! We are looking forward to new invitations”.
For reference: “Face to Face” – is an innovation in the sphere of business communication. The project was aimed at formation of a single business community of the city, republic, country, where members know each other by sight and at creation of a unique space for development of business of “face to face” project partners and participants. Within a year of its existence, “Face to Face” brought together over 1000 entrepreneurs from Kazan, Naberezhnye Chelny, Almetyevsk and Smolensk. Attraction of new “sites” - a plan for the future. Such cities as Zainsk, Yelabuga, Chistopol, Samara and Ulyanovsk will be opened until December, 2012. As of today, 12 meetings were held in the “face to face” format. The most interesting activities shall be held in the nearest future, such as:
- Opening of Business-Club in Technopolis “Himgrad”.
- RT Entrepreneurial Forum “Business without Borders” with involvement of foreign companies.
- Joint Forum of all RT Infrastructure Platforms, representatives of small and medium-sized businesses in the Industrial Park “Kamskiye Polyany” and etc.
