DEVELOPMENT

The programme “Development” is a logical continuation of the programme “Start” and is focused on established companies that have experience in their own research and scientific developments and sales of science-intensive products focused on the development of new high-tech markets that will determine the structure of the world economy in the next 15-20 years.

The Foundation for Assistance to Small Innovative Enterprises holds various competitions within the framework of the programme “Development”. As a rule, they differ by topic (industry), and combine their requirements for participants, the amount of funding, and the results expected from the winners.

Amount of grant is up to 15 million rubles. The direction of use is research and development work. Duration of execution

The competition “Development - Digital Technologies” is aimed at enterprises performing R&D as part of the implementation of innovative projects to develop and master new types of science-intensive products in order to ensure the accelerated introduction of digital technologies in the economy and social sphere. Projects submitted for the competition must correspond to the priority areas of development and implementation of domestic software.

The purpose of the competition “Development - Socially oriented projects” is to provide financial support to small innovative enterprises for the financial support of R&D in the implementation of innovative projects in the field of sports, urban environment, ecology, social entrepreneurship in order to develop, create and (or) expand the production of innovative products. SOPR stands for socially oriented projects.

The purpose of the competition “Development-NTI” (National Technology Initiative) is to provide financial support to small innovative enterprises for financial support of R&D in order to implement action plans (“road maps’) of the National Technology Initiative, approved by the Presidium of the Council under the President of Russia for Economic Modernization and Innovative Development of Russia (Minutes of the meeting of the Presidium of the Council under the President of the Russian Federation for Economic Modernization and Innovative Development of Russia dated April 24, 2018 No. 1). Within the framework of the competition, projects are supported in the following areas: Autonet, Aeronet, Marinet, Neuronet, Energinet, Healthnet, Technet, Circle movement.

The list of competitions within the programme “Development” is not limited to the above, it is constantly expanding, in order to be aware of new initiatives, follow the news on the website and in the Instagram of the Technopark “Idea”.

Terms of participation:

• Legal entities belonging to the category of small business entities in accordance with Federal Law No. 209-FZ of July 24, 2007
• Experience in R&D and sales of its own high technology products
• There are no pending agreements with the FASIE.
• To receive a grant, you need to co-finance from own funds or from the investor’s funds in the amount of 30% to 100% of a grant amount, depending on the competition.

Expected results:

• an application for registration of intellectual property will be submitted,
• successful production will be organized (sales growth targets are set at the conclusion of the contract),
• new highly productive jobs will be created.

Items of expenditure:

• Expenditure on R&D performance,  including:
• salary;
• charge on payroll;
• special equipment;
• materials, raw materials, components;
• payment for a work of co-executors;
• other works and services of a production nature performed by third parties;
• other general expenses

Reporting every six months:

• Scientific and technical report
• Financial report on the use of grant funds
• Financial report on the expenditure of extra-budgetary funds
