Non-profit partnership “Institutes of small- and middle-scale businesses development”, the Project Europe Aid realized at the European Union program rendering support to New Independent Nations together with Ministry of Industry and Trade RF and Innovative Technopark “Idea” are organizers of this seminar.
Not by chance the Tatarstan became a place of the seminar holding. Business-incubators and technoparks actively develop in Republic. Today 14 technoparks have been working in Tatarstan.

Now the third stage of
Technopark “Idea” became a pioneer in country which stimulate technoparks and business-incubators creation in many other territories of republic and became original federal educational place. Federal business-incubator “Sviyaga” was opened on the 12th of May, 2006 located on the Innovative-technology centre territory of the Technopark “Idea”. Today there are allocated 40 innovative companies where 450 people work.
On the seminar were discussed questions about support of small- and middle-scale businesses arrangements realization, assurance of business-incubator activities, adoption of business-incubator's performance criterions.

Within the framework of seminar Sharov A.V. visited Innovative Technopark “Idea-South-East”, also the delegation included chairman of committee for development small- and middle-scale businesses RT, Shagivaleev T.N., Deputy Director-General of Open joint-stock company “Tatneft”, Lavushenko V.P., Head of Leninogorsk metropolitan region authorities, Sadrieva I.A. and Director-General of Technopark “Idea”, Yushko S.V.
Primary intent of delegation visit to the Technopark was acquaintance with enterprise activity and further definition of necessary places for participation in creating business-incubators on the base of former instrument factory federal competition.
The delegation visited main places of Innovative Technopark “Idea” where Director-General Ilyasov R.U. told about history of enterprise establishment and development, main directions of activity, projects implementation phases in the Technopark's territory and future development prospect. Heads of organizations told about own achievements and interaction problems with government structures of RT particularly the problem is to get credits and patents for inventions.
