The Memorandum of Understanding between Technopark “Idea” and Doctor
The United States Industry Coalition, Inc. (USIC) is a nonprofit association of American businesses, associations and academic institutions who are actively engaged in technology commercialization in the service of national security, nonproliferation and global peace.

The signed Memorandum was the result of the two-day negotiations, in the framework of which on behalf of the owners Doctor M.Waldman represented the Brain Music technology, which provides non-pharmacological therapy for sleep disorders, depression and low level of activity.

According to Dr.M.Waldman the owners of the Brain Music therapy technology wish to commercialize the technology. In this connection he developed commercialization business model for the Brain Music therapy technology, which includes creation an Idea based and funded Russian start-up company, an acquisition of an US public micro-cap company through Westminster Securities, Corp., private equity funding by Westminster Securities, company development and preparation of Secondary IPO by Westminster Securities.
As a result of the entered engagement a meeting between the Idea, Westminster Securities and the owners of the Brain Music therapy technology will be organized. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss the business plan, confirm the commitments and develop an action plan.
